How long do orders take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placing your order (processed means the order begins, not is fully delivered.) There are a number of factors that determine how long it will take to fully deliver your order, which social media services you purchased, how many are in our queue, and the quantity of the services you purchased.

Do you offer refunds?

No we do not offer refunds for any reason. The only exception is if there is some kind of error on our part, or if you contact us before the order is filled.

What if my order Drops?

We guarantee our work for 30 days, if any drop, we will refill them for you, free of charge. This doesn't count if you have used a different supplier previously to using our services. Do to this we can't guarantee the services because you have tainted your account with multiple providers which means any of their followers could drop and you would expect us to refill.
